Diagnosing Fault For iPhone Accessories


If the iPhone accessories exist problems, please try to fault diagnosis according to the following steps:

1.  The compatibility:

The first step of fault diagnosis for any accessory is to determine whether the accessory and the equipment are compatible. If the accessory can be found in goodscool---Wholesale China electronics shop, please check that whether your iPhone model is listed (iPhone, iPhone 3g, iPhone 3gs, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s).

Note: The compatibility of some accessories may be limited. Some Wholesale iPhone accessories having charge ability when using FireWire (not USB), may not charge for iPhone 3g, iPhone 3gs, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s.

2.  The latest version of the software:

Install the latest version of the iOS may solve this problem.
Note: if the equipment is not updated successfully, there may be equipment problems, but not accessories problems.

3.  Disconnect and restart:

If possible, disconnect accessories connection and close it. Through the close and reopen to restart the iPhone. When the main screen appear again, reconnect the accessories.

4.  Determine problems:

If possible, please make sure whether the problem is related to the accessories. Or, if possible,
try to reappear this problem in another the same or similar accessory.

Example:
When using a headset, electrostatic noise comes from the left audio channel efferent. Please try to connect the headset to stereophonic, or try to connect another set of headset to the equipment. If you connect the equipment to the base without synchronous, please try to use base interface to USB cable is connected directly to the computer, or try another USB port.

5. Restore iPhone:
Restore iPhone for its factory default state. When meeting accessories problems, you should seldom need to use this step. If the problem only affected the third party accessories, please contact the manufacturer before restoring equipment.

Other information:
If switching applications or calling/answering the telephone,there is no automatic recovery playback, please use the accessories or your iOS equipment to restore playback.
